WARRANTY

 

CLAUDIO CIVITICO products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from an authorized CLAUDIO CIVITICO's vendor or distributor against any manufacturing defects under normal use, after such defect have been confirmed by our artisans. This limited warranty does NOT cover damage arising from normal wear and tear (including scratches and/or color fading), accident, neglect, improper use or violent handling. This warranty will become null and void if the product is misuse, abused, tampered with or taken apart. 

This limited warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year after original purchase and is valid only for the original purchaser of the product during that period; provided that the original purchaser presents this Warranty Certificate (or other proof of purchase from the authorized vendor or distributor) with a valid date matching our records.
